



Land Rover's Journey of Discovery rolled into Beijing, China, just in time for the Beijing International Automotive Exhibition. Over the course of the 50 day journey that started on February 29th at the Solihull plant where the 1,000,000th Discovery was built, the team has visited 13 countries and visited 78 cities.
Even though Land Rover's Journey of Discovery hasn't yet reached Beijing, we couldn't resist choosing our 10 favorite photos of the expedition. The photographers plying their trade along the Journey of Discovery route have done some exceptional work, which made choosing just 10 photos a nearly impossible task.
The Journey of Discovery has passed through a total of 12 countries and has finally reached China, the 13th country on the trip.The most direct route to Beijing from the expedition's current position in Kashgar still measures roughly 2,500 miles. The teams plans to arrive in Beijing ahead of the Auto China show.
Land Rover's Journey of Discovery expedition has wrapped up its time in Russia and is now heading through Kazakhstan toward Uzbekistan. Land Rover has also released a new tracking feature via Google Maps that allows you to track the expedition as it moves toward its goal of Beijing. On the outside, the 2012 Land Rover LR4 is a carryover from the 2011 model year. Inside, the 2012 LR4 offers a variety of updates to the audio and navigation systems. Notable improvements include a more powerful standard audio system and revised navigation graphics.
