



Land Rover announced that the 1,000,000th Discovery has been produced at the Jaguar Land Rover plant in Solihull. To celebrate the event, Land Rover is taking the 1,000,000th Disco and two additional vehicles on an expedition from Birmingham, UK, to Beijing, China.
J.D. Power and Associates has released its most recent U.S. Vehicle Dependability Study (VDS) and Land Rover was not ranked due to a small or insufficient sample size. Over the past five years, Land Rover has ranked at or near the bottom of J.D. Power's dependability and reliabley studies while simultaneously ranking near the top of customer satisfaction indexes.
Land Rover North America has released new national incentives for the first quarter of 2012. All previous incentives expired January 2nd, 2012, and the new round of incentives expire on April 2nd, 2012. While all national 2011 leasing and purchasing incentives have been removed from the official Land Rover website, speak with a Land Rover retailer about regional offers.
Land Rover has released the always-anticipated year-end incentives. As expected, there are no incentives listed for 2012 models, including the Range Rover Evoque. However, purchase incentives on new 2011 LR2 models have been brought in line with the rest of the fleet and select certified pre-owned Land Rovers now offer a financing incentive of 0.9% for up to 60 months. All of these new incentives expire January 3rd, 2012.
