2012 Range Rover Evoque Five-Door

The Range Rover Evoque currently enjoys a unique trim structure within the Land Rover lineup. Gone are the old familiar SE and HSE trims and in are three more-flavorful names: Pure, Prestige, and Dynamic. The three new trims — or design themes as Land Rover calls them — are intended to sum up each of the three trims in a single descriptive word.

The Trims: Pure, Prestige, Dynamic

Land Rover uses the same trim designations worldwide on the Evoque, however not all markets get all models under each trim. For example, the U.S. market does not get the Range Rover Evoque Coupe Prestige. Rather, Land Rover has seemingly chosen to keep the Coupe model regulated to the traditional coupe roles: base or sporty. Here’s hoping that the company changes its mind in the future about shipping the Prestige Coupe to U.S. shores.

Range Rover Evoque Pure

In an industry where exciting concept cars get boiled down to lackluster production units, the Range Rover Evoque bucked the trend by transitioning from concept to production remarkably intact. The Pure is named for the fact that it is the most “pure” when compared to the Land Rover LRX concept vehicle from which it is derived. The Pure features a clean exterior treatment, a limited choice of neutral interior colors, soft-touch wrapped interior materials, and metal-brushed aluminum trim. The Pure can be had as both a five-door and as a coupe.

Five-Door Pure: $43,995.00
Coupe Pure: $44,995.00

Range Rover Evoque Prestige

Land Rover bills the Prestige trim as “the ultimate in Range Rover luxury.” We’re not sure about that, but the Prestige does adds a wider range of interior themes, unique 19-inch wheels, metallic exterior details, and a nearly comprehensive standard features package. Aside from wheel options and color choices, there are only three option packages available for the Prestige. These include the Climate Comfort Package ($1,000.00), the Rear Seat Entertainment Package ($2,500.00), and the Satellite & HD Radio package ($750.00).

Five-Door Prestige: $52,395.00

Range Rover Evoque Dynamic

Having covered the base and luxury trims, the remaining Dynamic trim fills out the line with a sport-oriented look. The Dynamic includes unique wheels, bumpers, sills, grills, and tailpipes. Along with these details, the Dynamic features available contrasting roof and spoiler colors. On the inside, the premium sport leather interior is available in brighter shades, which further differentiates the Dynamic from the Pure and Prestige. The Dynamic is available as either a five-door or as a Coupe.

2012 Dynamic Introductory MSRP

Five-Door Dynamic: $51,495.00
Coupe Dynamic: $52,895.00
