Our 2006 LR3 was not equipped for towing when it was purchased. We remedied this situation by installing a Curt trailer hitch along with an Atlantic British trailer wiring kit. The primary reason we opted for the Curt hitch was price. Since the LR3 was not wired for towing, the total cost of an OEM hitch and the wiring kit would have been around $530.00. By purchase the aftermarket hitch, our total cost to install was about $320.00.
The 2012 Range Rover Evoque design team took a mixed route when it came to naming interior colors. Colors such as Ebony, Tan, and Ivory are fairly self-explanatory. But, there are also colors such as Espresso, Cirrus, Lunar, and Pimento that are a little more ambiguous. In this post, you can see all the interior color combinations available for the Range Rover Evoque.
Thirty days have passed since we plugged a Progressive Snapshot device into the LR3 and the results are in. The initial discount came in at 23% with a projected discount at renewal of 29%. The initial discount was refunded directly to the credit card that is on file with Progressive. As you can see from the screenshots below, the LR3 hasn't been running up many miles lately, which contributes to a larger discount.
Land Rover has a long history of supporting charitable organizations through a variety of means. Land Rover itself donates cash and materials, while employees are encouraged to take part in a charitable payroll deduction plan. Land Rover's most well-known program involves donating vehicles to its five international Conservation Partners, among others.
If you have spent any time at all on Land Rover forums, you'll know that tire selection is a frequent topic of discussion. When our 2006 LR3 needed tires, we researched the topic ourselves and decide to go with all-season Bridgestone Dueler H/L Alenza rubber, a tire specifically designed for SUV and truck applications.
