About the Editor

The founder and editor-in-chief of RoverGuide is Todd A. Jensen. Todd has been kicking around the automotive Internet since 1997, when he founded an online automotive directory and wrote two print (yes, print) directories covering automotive websites. The directory business was sold to new owners and Todd went on to produce content for a variety of online automotive outlets. He has covered everything from pickup trucks to classic car culture (Todd also owns a 1965 Plymouth Sport Fury). For the past five years, Todd has worked as the content editor of a leading automotive portal and new vehicle lead generation service.

The LR3

Below is our 2006 Land Rover LR3 HSE. This particular example is fitted with the Heavy Duty Package, which includes the locking rear differential and full-size spare tire. The roof rack is an Expedition Roof Rack with the top rails and air deflector removed. The vehicle was not wired for towing, so it has been upgraded with an aftermarket trailer wiring kit and a Curt aftermarket trailer hitch (which barely allows clearance for the full-size spare). It is currently rolling on Bridgestone H/L Alenza all-season tires, which are showing an excellent resistance to wear after several thousand miles.
