The official Land Rover Blog has released another set of wallpapers for Defender fans. This installment of the wallpaper series highlights the “Defender Tool Kit” print campaign. The desktop wallpapers are available in four sizes and can be downloaded from the Land Rover Blog:
Released in November of 2010, RKCR/Y&R created the “Defender Tool Kit” print advertising campaign for the UK market. The ad campaign suggests that the Defender still possesses all the utility and functionality that is it known for, and is an essential tool in any well-stocked garage. While maybe not as clever as the Defender “Passport” ads, the campaign is still quite effective without body copy. The original ads are simply captioned, “DEFENDER The best tool for the job.”
We’re also curious about what job that Defender is out doing. It appears the owner has taken the Defender, a pick axe, a couple of hand axes, an auger, hammers, saws, a shovel, a C-clamp, and a pair of bolt cutters. Maybe he or she is out fixing up a fence line.

Also on display are Overfinch's Apollo line of five-spoke alloy wheels, which are available in four finishes.
