A few days ago Land Rover UK posted a new video of the Range Rover Evoque undergoing endurance testing at the Jaguar Land Rover Gaydon Centre in Gaydon, Warwickshire, UK. Presented by Fifth Gear’s Jonny Smith, the video highlights the Range Rover Evoque undergoing durability, low temperature, high temperature, and water testing.

The video pays special attention to the water testing process, perhaps to assuage owners of previous models who are familiar with Land Rover’s propensity for interior drips and trickles. The water test throws 85,000 liters (about 22,500 gallons) at the Range Rover Evoque over a period of four hours while the car sits on a tilt deck. Meanwhile, engineers inside the car attempt to detect water ingress with ultraviolet lights.
